@KellyStanhope2 I was also advised that branches are naturally very warm when all the machines are running and there are over door heaters fitted to help regulate the temperature, when it's really cold then we would expect doors to be closed.

I've just spoken with the Management team and I've been advised that we ask colleagues to keep doors open, however, on cold mornings it is acceptable for branches to have doors closed until it warms up.
