@graceless_me As long as you turn off and unplug your machine then don't break open the plastic box it's perfectly safe to unscrew the fitting from the tap.

@Taraxul@tax_oz@VodafoneAU When you put it like that, no not surprised. I find amusing how people get so out or sorts when they don't get what they didn't pay for, or when they drop the im so important my hourly rate is x but aren't smart enough to think about business continuity.
