@EuropcarUK disappointing service. Rental car booked for delivery this afternoon I have been told being delivered tomorrow- no explanation. Tried calling the branch and call cuts off after 12 minutes, central admin can’t get through to the branch and can’t help. I needed the car

@avivaplc very disappointed with Aviva. I am customer for many years, this year premium hiked by 32%, went to new insurer but Aviva have incorrect marker against me on insurance database. Spoke to Aviva and they are going to clear but can’t give a timescale. Aviva error & I pay

@VirginMoney Hi, it was regarding my VA credit card, your IVR would no accept my mobile no for a call back, I was on 28 minutes. I wanted to check if a transaction went through. Seems to me you don’t want to talk to customers
@VirginMoney rang the call centre today, waited 28 minutes being that you were sorry for the delay - and then you cut me off.. You do a great job at stopping customers speaking to you. Can you tell what you do for the annual charge. Extremely disappointed in your ‘service’
