@michaelhoffman Previously had great experience with MDPI. Recently submitted a paper, completed all recommended revisions, editor sent it to new reviewers and it was completely declined. No response from editor when asked about original reviewers/why we spent time on revisions with this outcome

@MelanieH_L Thanks for sharing! I recently had a bad experience with MDPI as well! Great experience with them in the past but after completing all revision requests exactly as they were asked for the journal/editor sent it to new reviewers who completely declined the paper! 🚫Editor response

@ZebrafishRock Glycerol can be frustrating at times ! I agree with the above - methylcellulose is friendlier!
