Small clip from our #TOVO inspired training session. 6v6+3 inside a 20x25yd area. Set number of passes for the team in possession before they can breakout to goal. Defending team can go to goal immediately after winning the ball. Great for possession & counter pressing.

@CraigHauzie @GoonerMom96 @TodFlory @PolarisSCSoccer When I coached at a previous club we played Polaris SC in the final at a tournament in BGSU a couple years ago and lost 1-0. Your 2010 girls were well coached and very good soccer players!

To add, look at community teams. You don’t need the expensive club at this age.

@Crew96Times 😂 This entire thread started from you because they lost a meaningless game to Chicago. I gave an example of Chicago scoring 9 on the “top” team in MLS Next last week. The philosophy has changed. It’s a bunch of 16-17 yr old kids. Development will take longer than 6 months 🤷🏻‍♂️

@coach_kevin_m @SundayShare10 This is a book by Dr. Jim Martin who is the all time winningest collegiate soccer coach here in the states. Amazing book about leadership, team culture, and what it takes to build a winning team on and off and the field. Truly one of the best reads I’ve had as a coach!
