#WATCH | Delhi | Senior Advocate S Balan, counsel for PFI leaders, says, "...If you look at the FIR, Column No. 4, which indicates the scene of occurrence, it is blank. Even the date of occurrence is left blank. This is a case manufactured by the State for reasons best known to it, targeting a particular community. The PFI was registered under the Societies Registration Act, and all its transactions and activities were open. It is a secular organisation, yet it has been projected as a terrorist organisation. The fact remains that when these accused were arrested, the PFI was a legal organisation. It was banned only later, and even then, it was declared an unlawful organisation, not a terrorist organisation. Therefore, when the organisation was legal, all its activities were lawful. There were no unlawful activities anywhere in the State of Delhi. The accused are from different states, yet they are being prosecuted for the same cause of action. There were six cases registered, and all the documents are common. The same document appears in Chennai, the same document appears in Patna, and the same document appears here. ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಘಟನೆ: ದೂರು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ – ನ್ಯಾಯ ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆ..?

ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಅನುಮಾನಾಸ್ಪದ ಸಾವಿನ ದುರ್ಘಟನೆ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ವೈಫಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಯಲಿಗೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ಕುಟುಂಬ ತನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ, ಮೃತನ ತಾಯಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಸಂಶಯಾಸ್ಪದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಹೋದರೂ ಸಹ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸದೇ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಸಿರುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಖಂಡನೀಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಾಯಿಯ ನೋವು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ನೋವಲ್ಲ ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಜನರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸುವ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಜನರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಇರುವವರು. ಆದರೆ ಇದೇ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದೂರು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುವುದು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ..? ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು..?

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೃತನ ತಾಯಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಗಂಭೀರತೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು @SPHassan2 ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತವಾಗಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಪೀಡಿತ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಇಂದು (07/06/2026) ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಕಲೇಶಪುರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಸಮಿತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ದೋಣಿಗಲ್ ನೂರಾನಿ ಶಾದಿ ಮಹಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ದೊರೆಯಿತು. ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶವು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿತು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕೇವಲ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಾಗಿರದೆ, ಮುಂಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ತುಂಬುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಜನರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ, Voters Mapping, Booth Management, ಮತದಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಬೂತ್, ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ತತ್ವಗಳು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜನಪರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ SIR Enumeration Forms Filling ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಮತದಾರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗದಂತೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಶುದ್ಧತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಖರತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಪಾತ್ರ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

“ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕೇವಲ ಮತದಾನವಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಜನರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮರ್ಪಣಾಭಾವದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಗಂಭೀರ ಆತಂಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ, ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಜನರನ್ನು ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗುಳಿಸಿದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಯಾರ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾಗರಿಕತ್ವದ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು ಪದೇಪದೇ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆಯ ಪರಂಪರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು, ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಘಟ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಭರವಸೆಯಂತೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ 2ಬಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಮರುಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಅರೇಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಿದ್ದೀಕ್ ಆನೆಮಹಲ್, ಮಾಜಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಅಮೀರ್ ಜಾನ್, ಅಸೆಂಬ್ಲಿ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸೈಯದ್ ಮೈದೀನ್ ಹಾಗೂ Women India Movement ನಾಯಕಿಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಸಭೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಅಸೆಂಬ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ವಾಜಿದ್ ಪಾಶ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹೈದರ್ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಅಶ್ರಫ್ ಚಿಲಿಂಬಿ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಶಕ್ತಿ, ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ದಿಕ್ಕು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಇವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಬುನಾದಿ.

Sakaleshpur Visit – Cadres Convention Successful | A Strong Step Towards Organizational Strengthening

Today (07/06/2026), I had the opportunity to participate as the chief guest in the cadres’ and members’ convention organized by the Sakaleshpur Assembly Constituency Committee in Hassan district at Donigal Noorani Shadi Mahal. The convention was successfully held in an enthusiastic and action-oriented atmosphere.

This was not just an ordinary meeting, but a well-planned platform aimed at strengthening the party organization, energizing cadres, and reinforcing public trust in preparation for the upcoming elections.

During the session, the importance of elections was explained in detail, and comprehensive training was provided on voter mapping, booth management, direct voter engagement, and organized campaign strategies. Cadres were urged to actively engage at the booth, ward, and village levels, and to conduct door-to-door outreach to communicate the party’s ideology, programs, and people-centric struggles.

At the same time, the SIR enumeration form-filling process was explained in detail, emphasizing the critical responsibility of ensuring that no voter loses their right to vote. It was highlighted that cadres play a decisive role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the voter list.
