@AvantiWestCoast please advise how you expect everyone waiting for Edinburgh in Carlisle to get on the one train that is scheduled after several cancellations and delays. 2 trains and third one pending have been empty to Glasgow thus far.

@AvantiWestCoast @AvantiWestCoast, at Carlisle, 2 trains to Glasgow have turned up - nobody has got on them. Platform is now full of people waiting for the sole Edinburgh train! Please ensure that train staff get people to move up aisles othwerwise there will be a lot of people left on platform
