The Wasatch Front is home to the University of Utah, Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, Weber State University, Westminster University, which total approximately 150,000 university students, not including the community colleges or trade schools, or Utah Tech University and Utah State University outside of the Wasatch Front.
If Jim is right and knowledge centers are the future for growth, and you pair that with Utah's pro-business environment, strong history of economic growth, and resiliency, Utah has a great future.

100%. I recently had an assignment where the client called me, asked me to list, and I knew they had a partner. I asked directly, do you need their approval to sell? They said no.
Multiple offers in the strike range.. surprise, surprise, they need the partners sign off and we won’t get it.
Not sure if it’s appropriate to ask for the operating agreement but that might be the only way to be sure.
