A Texas oil company got hit.
Next Bridge Hydrocarbons. American crude. West Texas.
CEO Greg McCabe just broke 3.5 years of silence with Lara Logan.
He says the books point to over a billion shares against 165 million authorized. Regulators still will not release the count.
124,000 Americans frozen. Veterans included.
@realDonaldTrump the VETERAN letter is on your desk. Susie Wiles and JD Vance know all about it. Count the shares.

Heavenly Father, watch over Busy and Beard Vet today as they speak for the MMTLP community, including veterans like me who served our country and now need our country to stand with us. Give them strength, wisdom, and the words to reach President Trump or someone who can carry our plea directly to him. Open doors, let truth be heard, and bring justice to every family still waiting. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🫡🇺🇸👊🏻

5-10 million of US across many stocks understand exactly why Wall Street made trading so complicated but we got EDUCATED and demand CHANGE.

There is a lot of really bad things about the whole MMTLP fiasco, Finra, SEC, the system…
One of the worst things for me is that the investors had actually won, they beat Wall Street fair and square so the system got together and just robbed them, denied them, lied to them and covered it all up 😡
I watched all of this and the magnitude of the blatant corruption by Wall St and it’s regulators is astounding!
💎🙌🦍

HE SPOKE OUT AND GOT SUBPOENAED
Greg McCabe, Chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks his three-and-a-half-year public silence on the battle surrounding MMTLP, naked short selling and the FINRA trading halt that affected approximately 124,000 shareholders.
McCabe tells Lara Logan that after he publicly challenged what he believed were inaccurate statements surrounding the controversy, he was hit with an SEC subpoena just one week later.
He says he turned over everything investigators requested, including his trading and banking records. But after years of fighting for transparency, McCabe says one critical question remains unanswered: What is the actual share count?
Next Bridge had approximately 165 million authorized shares. McCabe says an analysis of his data estimated there could be more than one billion shares reflected across broker-dealer accounts, which he believes could expose the scale of alleged naked short selling.
In this episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Lara and McCabe dig into the unanswered questions surrounding MMTLP, the actions of FINRA and the SEC, and what McCabe says this could mean for retail investors and the integrity of America’s financial markets.

Under my leadership, the SEC is working to provide clarity to the marketplace so innovative technologies can be developed onshore.
This represents more than a regulatory shift—it is a generational opportunity to advance American leadership in the digital finance revolution. 🇺🇸
🙄 So McCabe’s connections raise “conflict” concerns, but Authentix bidding to buy the lawsuit against ITSELF is apparently an exciting opportunity for transparency. ❓❓Nothing says “independent interests” like shopping for your own potential liability. 🛒⚖️

So the FIF site was down yesterday and every link to Back Office meetings weren't working.
Today it's back up and most links appear to be back except for at least one that I've noticed.
The link to Nikki Brinkerhoff of @TradeStation discussing the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons S-1 still doesn't work.
The first two images are links that didn't work yesterday.
The third image is a link from today that does work, but it doesn't lead to content featuring Nikki Brinkerhoff.
The fourth image is an old screenshot of what the links used to link to. @bleedblue18 MMTLP
Are they deliberately trying to hide something? @FBI
Greg McCabe, CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, says the evidence in MMTLP points to potentially more than a billion counterfeit shares tied to his company.
On Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe explains why he believes what happened to Next Bridge is not an isolated case.
“We are not an outlier. We are the tip of the iceberg.” - per Greg McCabe

OVER A BILLION COUNTERFEIT SHARES
Greg McCabe, CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, says the evidence points to potentially more than a billion counterfeit shares tied to his company.
On Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe explains why he believes what happened to Next Bridge is not an isolated case.
“We are not an outlier. We are the tip of the iceberg.”
McCabe argues that similar practices extend across the financial markets, pointing to concerns raised around GameStop, AMC, President Trump’s Truth Social and Elon Musk’s Tesla.
Lara Logan asks the central question: If this can happen on this scale, what does it say about the regulators charged with protecting investors and the integrity of the markets?
