@JJfromMTL Trump is quite the piece of work. Everything the US buys from Canada is a subsidy through his eyes. Pretty obvious that the bulk of that imbalances is energy and potash..an Energy East pipeline through Quebec to NB would even grow that imbalance more. Let’s get it built. IMHO
