Shopy paused our payouts, killing our cash flow. This is suffocating our 8-figure business.
- We sell large products with delivery 12+ weeks.
- Shopify demands that we ship all back orders of sold products.
- We cannot ship if they hold 100% of the funds needed for freight, customs, and final-mile delivery.
- We provided full evidence: 10 containers landed in US warehouses, 8 more on the water - all with BOL numbers and freight forwarder confirmation.
- Between June 10–12 alone, we fulfilled 641 orders with live FedEx tracking, the fastest rate in our account's history.
- We haven't received a payout since May 11th.
- They are holding $749,921 in our balance + $543,187 in reserve, over $1.29M of our money. We cannot pay salaries, refund customers, or fund the very shipments they demand.
- The hold is manufacturing the chargebacks it claims to prevent,
- We proposed a fair solution: 18% rolling reserve, 180-day hold, weekly reporting, read-only admin access. Shopify ignored it.
- Holding over $1.29M from an 8-figure business that is actively shipping and delivering does not protect customers; it destroys the business trying to serve them.
@tobi@Shopify@ShopifySupport , Someone with common sense needs to look into this
Experienced the same issue. @meta charged me £50k+ while being disabled, froze my card, told @monzo to block them, my new card details were automatically shared with Meta, and they still continue to siphon funds from my bank account.
@monzo says they can’t do anything about it and to contact Meta @andymstone but Meta on a phone call I recorded, told me to contact my bank and report it. Both parties refuse to take responsibility for the failures.
So there is no solution other than to close the bank account down.
@MarceloDesignX Same here man, on top of that @andymstone@meta@instagram billed me for £44,500 while I was wrongfully disabled, because they kept my ads running which I couldn't turn off.
