Never thought I’d be on a 3-way call with @talabat and @fuchiaurbanthai over cornstarch😂 asked for less cornstarch on my crispy chilli beef. Instead of saying no, Talabat connected me with the restaurant, the chef explained the trade-off and delivered.That’s customer service❤️

I will never forget or forgive @booking.com for protecting a company called brownstone that was known for taking money for bookings and never sharing check-in details and @booking.com protected them despite multiple people complaining.. I lost so much money
