I’m saddened by the news of John Kear’s passing. He’ll be remembered as of of the greats in Rugby League, be it player, coach, or pundit. He was Mr Rugby League. One of my favourite memories was his talk with our players before Wembley last year, it was incredible. RIP.
Rest in eternal peace boss.
You gave me the greatest rugby league day of my life, for that I’m indebted to you forever!
One of the very few I stay in touch with from our great game, thanks for all your help and advice, I’ll miss our chats ❤️
Love to Dawn and all the family ❤️
Still four weeks to go until the new Super League season starts. Not much to watch on telly on a Friday night in January, lots of League fans would be interested in watching Salford v Oldham but they can’t. It’s baffling there’s no easy way to watch the Championship.
🎫 | The Club in conjunction with main sponsor 247 Blinds have created a 'Rovers Return' 2026 season ticket for Rovers Supporters with 50% of the income being ring fenced to pass on to any successful, full or part, Fev supporter ownership bid. If that doesn't materialise, then we will commit to donating the funds to the @FevRoversRLFC Foundation at the end of the season.
We would absolutely love for Fev fans to come and watch Championship Rugby in 2026 here at Hunslet, whilst at the same time knowing they are generating funds for a 'Rovers Return'.

Last one I promise. Two proposed designs for the 2026 away kit, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 1926 General Miners’ Strike. All-black for the coalface and the unity of the miners. Gold accents for coal, our black gold. #UTR
Absolutely loved being back at @FevRoversRLFC again in what has been a tough year. Wembley has to be my highlight and I’m sure it will be the highlight for most fans. Big mention to @pcooke06 who has done an incredible job this season on and off the field. My highlights 👇

Featherstone Rovers are giving YOU, our fans, the power to decide next season’s home shirt! 🙌
We’ve designed 4 options – but only one will take centre stage as the shirt our lads will wear with pride in 2026.
This is more than just a kit… it’s about bringing our fans closer to the heart of the club and showing that your voice matters. 💪💙
