@Halfords_uk All I want is a response from your customer services department. I’ve spent numerous hours on the phone, several emails quoting my case number but no response. Can anyone help?
@EE / @bt_uk -customer for 20+yrs - (ex orange) 2mobiles, TV &broadband all up for renewal this month (£176 all in). Would prefer to save the hassle of leaving but I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Can anyone help?
