@ubereats_uk Yesterday our food order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Most of that time was due to not having delivery drivers. Your latest estimated time before confirming the order was below 1 hour. Really not happy and your app support just goes to "we'll try to improve"
The only option given was to go to a physical branch 20 miles away. She is 76 and with a bad hip, she can't drive but your customer service over the phone point blank denied any other option. She is now in distress about the account at the worst time possible. Pls contact to fix.

@BekoUK I received an email from you saying that the guarantee on our washer dryer expires today when it actually expires on 26th January. We are expecting a visit from an engineer to check the faulty item on 12th January, please check your systems and fix the guarantee date.

@AmazonHelp my FireTV Lite is not playing any sound and image goes off after like 2-3 minutes if the gadget being on. The only way to get image back is to switch it off and then on again. Sound doesn't work regardless. Not the first time this happens. Fully up to date. Help?
