On Independence Day, Vanuatu recognised the contribution of eight Australian Defence Force veterans to the nation’s independence.

🇫🇷🇻🇺 Arrived on the island of Tanna on March 6, only 48 hours after the cyclone, this detachment of the Marine Infantry Regiment of the Pacific (@RIMaP_NC) cleared the roads blocked by fallen trees. They are completed by 10 soldiers and 2 trucks in Port-Vila to transport cargo.
