4. The downgraded Endule Clinic is not allowed to have employees with above nurse assistant and medical attendant qualifications. All other employees to be relocated out of NCA

The government plan for Ngorongoro Maasai was communicated and the simple way to effect it, is to further suffocate key life serving services.
