@currys I purchcased a samsung american fridge freezer 25 July 2025 It failed March 30th and was repaired April 7th 2026, it has broken again and I would like it replaced, I've tried speaking to your call center who will not provide a replacement without a samsung uplift number, Samsung wont provide the number as they may be able to replair it again - I don't want it repaired, I want it replaced as I've already lost over ยฃ200 of shopping It's obviously not fit for purpose!! please let me know how to proceed.

@easyJet I booked an extra comfort seat using the procedure you told me. Online check-in is now open for my flight. Do I need to check in the extra seat, and if so, what is the procedure (any special reference)?
