I think firing somebody should be extremely difficult (I live in Luxembourg--2 mos min for most cases).

Even in the US this makes no sense, though--that's the point.

But people who don't need to who can just as simply go into the under-accommodating restrooms and get done what they need to get done should be able to do that as well.
