Every 24x7 banking service has a banker behind it and a family waiting at home. We agreed to the 5-day week in March 2024 and accepted longer weekday hours. The regulator, the insurer and the Government all work 5 days.

Our demand is just. The delay is not.

Discriminatory PLI is unacceptable.

Scale I, II & III officers received comparatively meagre PLI, while Scale IV & above received substantially higher amounts.Recognition and rewards must be fair across the organisation.
