Great day training with @114fabn!
Don’t fall into the mental trap that #JRTC is just the Fullerton Box, we’ve now got the land, the airspace, and the coverage to train whatever kind of joint fires you need. HIMARS airland raid LFX, DZ LFX, EXCAL, CAS, you name it. #firestwitter
FA BNs all have ways to prep to support a BCT Atk or Def at #JRTC. Nobody’s prep phase is perfect, so we combined the best of each unit’s estimates they use to track conditions, inform the CDR, and prioritize effort.

Massing the BN is difficult from a technical standpoint; we observe that rotational units never get there unless their BTRYs can first manage the competing tactical requirements that drive ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ statuses.

#BringingTheCrucibleToYourCouch is all about staying engaged as we adjust training schedules and methods of delivery. Ready to begin sharing the #Swampsecrets with all you redlegs ... get in touch with your Fox Team counterpart, DM, anything. Let’s do this.
Howitzers ... it’s hard to hide ‘em. But, one unit at #JRTC fooled OPFOR five times during a rotation with some extra camo nets, poles, and MRE boxes. How they did it is more important than how they built them, though.

Although we don’t have a current rotation, we’re still actively looking for ways to continue to serve as the #AntidoteToAmericasFirstBattles - keep checking in as we highlight a few of our best practices from #JRTC for #FiresTwitter over the next few days!
So, a week later than I’d hoped due to ‘competing demands’ but based on the results of the poll, apparently #Firestwitter wants to know where the f—- their second combat loads are.
Here we go...

@JamesGField@Bcon249@RealRedKnight6@the_Red_Leg@fires_guy@NTC_WOLF_FIRES@OpsGp_Jrtc @jtw_ngc98 The rotational units we see start with this foundation have a significant advantage, especially the ones which have trained their FTCP w/ the BSA. Not to nitpick but if your organization is used to “TOC, ALOC, FSC” and not “Main/Tac, CTCP, FTCP” it’s an indicator.
