It's all about JS capitation. KEPSHA doesn't care about the
1.The quality of Education in JS
2.Carriculum implementation and value addition in JS,
3. Career progression of JS teachers.
4. Nurturing talents through CBC in JS
KEPSHA only cares about JS CAPITATION.
They say we are disrespectful, you wanna know why? Because we want to understand why are learners asked for exams money? Activity fees? Why aren't lab equipments bought yet? 3 years down the line... Nothing. @WilliamsRuto@citizentvkenya@AokoOtieno_@C_NyaKundiH#JSSautonomy
Dear public, did you know that in Junior schools, HOI chase students home for examination fees and activity fees? They collect remedial money and if you ask why, they say "JSS teachers are disrespectful"

We need autonomy
#JSSautonomy
@AokoOtieno_ In a span of 3 years nothing tangible has been done with the capitation within their disposal. Most schools in rural areas are dilapidated. The curriculum is clear that it is 2:6:3:3:3 not 2:9:3:3..#JSSautonomy
JSS teachers demand autonomy. We have suffered in silence, facing confusion, shifting directives, and uncertainty. It's time for change. Autonomy is not a request, it's a right. We need:
1. Clear identity and stability
2. Teacher welfare and professionalgrowth
