@Path4People Are you ever unable to determine margin status due to electrocautery artifact? I've heard that electrocautery can shrink the resected tissue (e.g., an ampullectomy), or I would assume that it could distort the specimen

@abronsonabx Definitely concerning to see ID so low, but I wonder how this chart looked during pre-covid years. also would be interesting to take a single specialty and run the same analysis and see whether higher compensation within e.g., ID is positively associated with satisfaction
