This delayed our journey home to Ipswich by 1.5 hours. The station advisor said no one had told her that there were people booked on to that connecting train, and if she had know she would have delayed it. I find her lack of knowledge regarding the delays hard to believe

#LNERUpdate #LNER The absolute pettiness of not delaying for just a minute or two the 17:53 Peterborough-Col train to allow for 15 passengers running at full pelt across the bridge from the 25-min-delayed train from York.They saw us running and still closed the doors. Appalling.
