Hey @brian_armstrong this is now 4 days in of being locked out of my @coinbase account with $400k on it. It was locked when I tried to withdraw 40 ETH and am now playing email tag.

I just moved to PR for Act 60 and was supposed to put a deposit on housing Monday, but I need those funds to do so. I trusted Coinbase to hold my funds but instead am being treated like this is the legacy banking system we're supposed to be replacing. That's not even true actually as with a bank issue I can call in to resolve it.

Is this how you want to run your business?

@coinbase scam artist company. Account been under review for 2 years. I provided all documents. Now they claim they have to remove my account and I need to remove my money in it. All my money in it is a crypto and they won't let me sell it. So they're just stealing it. Scam art
