I think technically now there will be a referendum on a majority of the state Supreme Court at the election this fall instead . . .

The State Supreme Court rejected our petition for a referendum on the income tax based on previous precedent.
Precedent should be the very reason they rule Ferguson's income tax unconstitutional in their hearing at the end of the year.
