For the foreseeable future, I will not use models from Anthropic or OpenAI in my research.
I cannot in good conscience support companies with such an extractive and exploitative attitude toward to science, nor can I endorse their gambling with our collective future.
Don't usually post much on here, but what the admin is doing to Harvard is utterly ridiculous. My heart goes out to all my friends there and all other international Harvard students. Stay strong.
@TonyTheLion2500 If you take nice to mean measureable the answer is yes because "f(x)_n = floor(n x)/n" works.
If you take it to mean continuous the answer is no because all continuoue functions from R to Q are constant.
@TonyTheLion2500 A fun interpretation of this question one can consider is "Does there exist a 'nice' assignment of real numbers to Q sequences which converge to them".
It's Giving Tuesday❄️! This is the most important day for us this year, so please consider giving or SHARING our fundraiser. :) We empower people in prisons to study math and computer science, meaning your money 🪙 goes to concretely helping incarcerated people on the ground.

@michitatsu_chan The other day my brain pulled a prank on me to see how many nightmares I can survive in a row without waking up, I got to about 4, then instantly forgot all of them.
@michitatsu_chan Ohhhhh shit mb I misread. In that case I believe you do something similar to the inverse, however, since just X^2 won't work maybe something like X * ln(X) might? I have read a cool paper with a similar concept that might work https://t.co/nd1mylASmr
