This patient came in with potential typical atrial flutter and had a history of MVR. A CTI line was burned but only extended the TCL. With further mapping with the #HDGrid and #OTNearFeild, it was discovered the AFL was using the right atriotomy scar. Great map @MonicaYLo !!
