Home are is a complete waste of money when I’m paying for the service twice, it seems the bg engineers can’t be bothered and just use the line (I’m afraid it’s not covered)

@BritishGas have homecare cover called an engineer as no heating in bathroom radiator, told not fixable and need a brand new radiator which was going to cost £500 plus, called a 3rd party plumber in and he fixed it it under 1 min lock shield needed opening. Totally fixable

@BritishGasHelp Ibeing charged by 3rd party plumber because your engineer said the problem wasn’t fixable, no point paying out for homecare when I have to call out independent engineers because your engineers can’t be bothered
