I’m a circle member and I had this problem paying for my last cruise . @Azamara don't reply to my e mails either . Yes I’m using the number you listed . I’ve requested twice they call me so I can pay . Nothing !

So far been holding on for @Azamara ”world class cruises” customer services for nearly an hour as urgently need to contact them , this is second attempt today earlier I gave up at 45 mins . No reply to emails either ! “PICK UP’ this is my day off !!

@tearsforfears Not happy ;Friday drove to Warwick (5hours) checked into our hotel, went to castle to hear at gate it’s cancelled . E mail sent to me 10:30 am that day I’d left house at 10 to get there . Sorry Curts injured but he knew days before . Could of given us 24 hours notice
