@StagecoachEScot Of the situation. Things could have been made easier for customers and staff by providing information and updates. There is an issue with the condition of your buses and providing information.

@StagecoachEScot why are all the buses cancelled tonight from Glasgow Buchanan Street bus station and why is there no information? Not accessible or helpful. Been waiting since 420pm, asked a member of staff they don’t know

@StagecoachEScot Then on the return, 3 buses failed to arrive, which resulted in waiting over 2 hours. This was made worse by no information being provided. The staff were also unaware. The queue was unbelievable and chaos ensued, people were pushing and shouting. Staff were not in control…
