#Ultrasound elastography to assess muscle stiffness in the post-stroke population has overt clinical applications. The #stroke affected muscles often show an increased stiffness on #StrainElastography and #ShearWaveElastography.

@Laurengemma06 It's a lot easier to learn the basics on a 3rd tri because the heart is larger, the baby moves less and they've already had their 20 week scan (so chances are its a normal heart). Good luck!

An #ultrasound for pelvic pain is a great first step, but if the #Sonographer isn't given enough time to do a thorough scan specifically for #endometriosis then this can delay diagnosis.
