@Barchester_care I have raised a complaint with a FOI request which is now being ignored by the GM at the care home involved. This is a legal requirement and I’m now unsure how to proceed without going to a Solicitor. I have also contacted your CEO and to date no response

@ro_jito I was a Marshall at mile 25 and helped stretcher off 3 guys. Medics were amazing Would love to find out if those guys finished eventually or whether gut wrenchingly they missed out 😥

@TfL in 2020 you removed all bus shelters Pampisford Road South Croydon to Purley stating replacement would be fitted. It’s now 2024 and nothing!! It’s appalling to think the elderly have to stand and get soaked waiting for often late running 405/166.

@FiveGuysUK What 💩💩service at Westfield Stratford. I asked for gluten free the person taking the order barely spoke English so I challenged him over and over again to ensure GF. But NO he’s not taken any notice of my request. Will never try again #walkedout
