Community Health Promoters (CHPs) are trained members of the community who work as a link between the community and formal health facilities.
CHPs play a crucial role in addressing health inequalities by bringing essential health services closer to the people, especially those in rural and underserved areas.

*PREGNANCIES:*
_CHPs are key esp in rural areas like evidenced in the video.
They check on pregnant women, reminding them on importance of regular clinic,blood pressure,advises on nutrients etc

_Since the beginning of CHPs program,the number of pregnancy complications and deaths have tremendously reduced, number of infants deaths have gone low and alot of achievements recorded so far.
