Myth 12 was cool to read about I mentioned that I've never used "whom" in a sentence but reading the example sentences and when they correctly used "whom" it made so much more sense grammatically.
Early on in life we pronounce words differently as children then adults we dont say certain vowels or letter like the word dolly as and adult we say (dolli) a

In linguistics during development in our early stages of life there are certain abilities we have to achieve when it comes to speech like starting with babbling moving on to one word and then two and achieving to make a complete sentence.
Being Bilingual is so important and I think everyone should learn another language especially Spanish because at my job we get so many Spanish speakers.
I chose this topic because I have a lot of friends whose first language wasn't English and then learned English later in life and Ive always thought it was cool.
The English language has definitely had some ups and downs throughout history I do think now we are a lot better off just simply at the fact more than 97% of grooms and brides know how to write their names and both genders are allowed to go to school.
I found Myth 8 very interesting because a lot of kids lack the ability to speak in a complete sentence or even communicate in general and yes, the education system is a big part of that but also learning starts at home as well.

What I learned in Eng 211 this week is myth 10 and how they discussed the myth of some languages not having grammar and how every language has grammar because if they didn't you could say whatever in that language without proper nouns or adjectives and things like that.
Myth 6 spoke about one of my biggest pet peeves...I'm glad that it was labeled a myth and the author brought great counter arguments. Women don't talk too much, men are just disinterested! The fact is that some people talk more than others, regardless of gender. #fa25e211o2
Myth 5 and 6 were very interesting to read I really liked how myth 5 talked about how weird the English language can be and how words can sound the same but mean something different. Myth 6 I liked how they talked about the stereotype how women speak more than men.
@AllieFALL25 I agree with this point you made because twitter can be resourceful but also full of, I guess you can say junk and non-related issues and poor communication of information!
@alyssa_nic79414 I agree with your point a lot I love that you quoted fade away because the language isn't fading like you said its evolving and I like that you added this!
