Criminal Complaint-cum-Affidavit dated 13.06.2026, emailed 15.06.2026, placed before you and the Collector the same day. Your C. No.15/D1/DCRB/PVP-M/2026 dated 23/24.06.2026 said: Revenue to enquire; if criminal content surfaces, police will act.

That content is now on file. Tahsildar Palakonda Rc. No.519/2026 dated 29.09.2026, to the Sub-Collector, copy to the Collector:

👉No office file, no field report for the six Possession Certificates.
👉Rc.55, 56, 57/2022/B dated 10.02.2022 name a district formed only on 04.04.2022 - not issued from that office.

Kondapuram SC colony sits at the village edge. Villagers say the communal strip on Sy. No.18/2 and two internal roads to the main road were absorbed into vacant land that came to light during Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku, when sale attempts began.
The satellite image still shows those two lanes.
That is the land 169 villagers, with the then Sarpanch and MPTC, asked to keep for clinic, anganwadi and library.
CMO PESHI sent the first instruction to Palakonda. Then 18 grievances, emails, Speed Posts, a hunger strike, Collector Rc.1254/2025/E3 dated 02.07.2026 - and still no speaking order on six Possession Certificates.
