@VirginAtlantic hi, we are due to fly out of Tampa to Heathrow at 10.45pm this evening. Obviously with the uk air traffic control issues and now the announcement that Tampa airport will be closing tomorrow we are freaking out. Can you confirm that our flight will be taking off ?

@British_Airways submitted my compensation claim back in July, had a payment last week for a random amount with no explanation and no reply to my email. 8 weeks for compensation Is surely not good enough !!

@TUIUK we were told on the 17th March that we would get a full refund for our holiday and it would take 10 working days. Refund STILL NOT received !! I know things are taking longer than normal but 4 weeks is NOT acceptable !!!!
