ME: I can't even reach this doctor. I reach scheduling. (It's a specialist, NOT my primary care)
THEM: You'll have to go into the office then.

Trying to access my @UPMC "MyUPMC" account. Using the access code doesn't work. Trying without the code doesn't work. Every page directs me back to the same number, who says they don't have an SSN for me, but also can't take it. How do I reach ANYONE to resolve this?
