94 Feet Drill is achieved by triple broad jumping x 3 (9 broad jumps in total) covering or exceeding the length of the basketball court. We’ll add more soon!

Weight room challenges may not directly transfer to sport, but they definitely correlate well to who gives up easily.

@FarmingtonPower Consider yourself & kids blessed. Trust me it’s not like that everywhere. Being vertically aligned athletically & in S&C from Middle School -> High School is a HUGE difference maker. The 🔑 is having folks from the head shed that understand the importance of having such alignment
