@KPN I cancelled my service because you caused me inconvenience twice due to cancelling 2 appts in 2 weeks with no contact on your part. I am not willing to return it because of this. I am holding your equipment for 12 weeks for you to collect. Please advise

We have 2 weddings this weekend with a packed schedule which you’re screwing massively. In the past few months we have had 2 cancellations and 2 others delayed. I also have an ongoing third party legal claim which you haven’t responded to? Absolute farce.
@easyJet how comes my flight from Amsterdam to Luton has been delayed by 2 hours today? Getting a notification at 4am isn’t ideal. What is “overnight delayed”? Seems like a really invalid excuse to be honest
