Dear @O2 whatβs going on with service & signal in #Horsham#westsussex & when will you resolve it? Been terrible for months now. Zero #phone reception and no internet connectivity. Staff in Horsham #O2 admit thereβs a problem, offer no help. O2 complaints team also donβt care.
@O2 So according to your @o2 service checker everything is βworking wellβ I can tell you it is absolutely not. What a joke! There is also a Facebook chat started by other frustrated #horsham people experiencing the same problem. #customerservicefail#O2
@O2 This is the same useless advice I was given by your #CustomerService. There is evidently a problem. Many local people has expressed the same problem. What I donβt understand is how and why you expect me to pay for a service you are not delivering? #CustomerServiceFail
Great work @bt_uk After 2 calls last week to report problems with unreliable WiFi & problems with #bttvbox I was promised replacement equipment to arrive Monday 15th. Rearranged work to be at home. No delivery. You did succeed however in sending courier to collect existing 1/2
@EE Hi Trevor. Ideally I would like your company to have delivered what you promised. The person I spoke to on Friday was epic. She was a totally brilliant representative - friendly, efficient and helpful. Sadly what was organised has not come to fruition.
@marksandspencer this is not just any Christmas Offer. Sadly the #mands#12daysofChristmas is a big flop and not doing anything to win my loyalty or custom. So far the 3 times Iβve been in to collect items, they are sold out. Not much point offering freebies & delivering none :(
@Sonos just out of interest, is there anyone on here who manages to get their #sonos system to work regularly and consistently? As with every other time I go to play music my entire system is #MIA#unstablesonos terrible backend support and zero #customerservice
Well I canβt believe thatβs over. Best two weeks of telly ever! Bloomin loved @MyMumYourDaduk . What an antidote to all the usual stuff. Totally joyous. Epic music. Kudos to @ThisisDavina Wonderful bunch of humans ( including my friend Janey) those kids are credit to their folks
@samanthabaines I know! Itβs weird right. But then I just discovered itβs a Sussex thing apparently and thatβs where Iβm based, so I guess it makes senseβ¦ π
@chips1971 @SimonTilley31 @Sonos Yes exactly. For years, this was the most stable ecosystem. #sonos worked beautifully. Hence I bought more and more speakers. However now the whole system falls over daily and I spend hours trying to search for reconnect elusive products.
@SimonTilley31 @Sonos I see unlike me you actually received a response from @sonos - well done! Although of course a standard βtake a look at our help pageβ is not much use!! Itβs not like we havenβt all tried to to do multiple resets, search for products, reboot our routers etc etc π
@Sonos But do any of them work? Because mine donβt and I keep messaging you for help but get no responseβ¦ I was once your biggest fan and am now a disappointed customers with Β£1000s of #sonos speakers that donβt work βΉοΈ ignoring your loyal customers is not good!!

And yet again @sonos for umpteenth time running, none of my speakers are working. Been a #sonos fan for 15+yrs but the whole system has become incredibly unstable. What are you doing about this? Itβs infuriating not to be able to just switch on and play music.
