@A_May_MD Gastroenterologist here - colonic dysplasia in context of IBD is completely different from a normal person with a polyp of dysplasia. And IBD dysplasia is always a concern regarding malignancy - in the context of mucosal dysplasia from inflammation, not from polyps with dysplasia
