@beingjameson @homeservguy Hey! I'm working on an early stage product that includes this. A home concierge that acts as an owner advocate for major work and as a property manager for owner occupied homes. Standalone was a tough sell when talking with potential customers.

@arbybeast We didn't but people do it. Personally we found this book invaluable, it outlines the risks and benefits of lots of things so you can make your own decision. Highly recommend.

@pslohmann@chadludeman @lagoesminombre @sweatystartup Wow, more names than I would expect and I've never heard of any of these. I'm curious why none have tried to get any significant scale.
@landforce Agreed, as a millennial who owns and has many friends that own. I've been kicking around ideas in this space, the issue I keep coming back to is that it feels like a "nice to have" and I am focusing on how to turn it into a "need to have" service.
@Molson_Hart It doesn't have to be, but most of what makes it easier happens at home long before you go on a trip. Have abedtime routine: lavender, sound machine, wearable blanket, lullaby, etc whatever works for you but keep it sensory so you can mimic as much as possible in a new location.
