Wanted to clarify: It was the venue that refused to provide the sign language interpreters, not CR.

I wanted to reach out to CR and ask them to persuade the venue to sort out sign language interpreters.

Accessibility is a major priority for CR as a whole.

@LNER hello, my friend have booked the train station ticket through trainline to go onboard your LNER train from Edinburgh at 12:00 last Friday to York and it was cancelled at Newcastle. He wasn’t sure if he is entitled to the refund.
