@WestMidRailway having a nightmare getting home, booked my ticket on @AvantiWestCoast app, but you cancel the 1450 at 1455 so i can watch the other Bromsgrove service leave from Birmingham New Street but unable to make it… Avanti wants a fee for the cancellation. Please help
@easyJet why request travellers to be at airport 3hrs or 2hrs before flight if when they arrive they have to wait for a check inn desk to open, queue is out the door and security queue getting longer by the minute, please help @ BHX
@jet2tweets currently sat at Paris CDG… anychance check in can open, im aware theres a flight delayed but turning up at airport and having to wait isnt any fun when very hungry and need toilets
@unsereOEBB so the train i was on was cancelled early… was sent to a train that wouldnt get me to my destination, seek help and told all trains on platform 2 go to airport… have got on train and its going no where near the airport… i seriously need help
