@LNER hello, please can you help us, we're kicked off a Scotrail train at Airdrie and taking the next one to Edinburgh means arriving at 1859, we connect to your London train which is the last one at 1900, can you assist us?

@ScotRail @LNER Hello, I've asked LNER already and not had a response, we're already on the next train so no way to use a help point and the ticket examiner hasn't come through the train yet. Please can you ask control staff as they can liaise with LNER control?

@ScotRail Hello, we were kicked off your 2H18 at airdrie and it was cancelled, the next one is half hour later and we're likely to miss the 1900 EDB to kings cross that we are booked on. Are you able to liaise with @LNER to ask it to be held a few minutes?
