@Duderichy@Discover@CapitalOne@AskCapitalOne They did send me a pdf copy of the letters I never recieved. Which uh would have been nice to have a while ago. I went through my email with a fine toothed comb and found this gem.
@Duderichy@Discover Someone from the @capitalone@AskCapitalOne executive support team called me. They looked into a goodwill deletion of the reporting. They decided that despite Discover losing my phone information and their letters not reaching me that they will not do a goodwill deletion.
The Central Park coyotes frolicking in the snow. Juliet often jumps on Romeo like this. Itโs a way for her to express her playfulness, exuberance, and even dominance โ sheโll do this when heโs trying to sleep and she wants to patrol. Through play, this pair cements their bond.๐
@Discover I already have. I was told @Discover wants me to open a months long paper dispute via snail MAIL. And that if I dispute it they will put it on my credit report further damaging it.
@Discover@Duderichy Like it was said I already have. Your regular support staff and supervisors weren't even aware of the credit hit. I had to explain to them it is on my reports already. Supervisors can spend 5 minutes digging through your systems to see it. Just to tell me they can't do anything.
My friend's @discover autopay failed and they did not reach out to him because they lost his phone number. No mail either. He is looking to buy a home, credit went from a 780 to 670 overnight. Customer support said they can't do anything. He wants to close his account of 10 years
@Discover@Duderichy I am the person he is referring to. Just made an acocunt on X. Phone support said they can't do anything about it. I don't want to harass them. If you want to reach out to start a discussion feel free.
