My friend's @discover autopay failed and they did not reach out to him because they lost his phone number. No mail either. He is looking to buy a home, credit went from a 780 to 670 overnight. Customer support said they can't do anything. He wants to close his account of 10 years

The @MBTA shouldn’t use this logo to represent autism awareness. It’s based on a puzzle piece image that had a child crying on it. Whether intended or not, it represents for many autistic people that they don’t fit in. The rainbow ribbon is more preferred now.

The @lyft and @RideBluebikes account merger broke my Lyft account and erased my 8 years of driver and rider history. I've spent hours on the phone and been on a 30 email chain, but no one seems to be able or willing to put it back. Can someone please fix this?

@BosPublicRadio I wanted to add one more thing, that you really can have a loving relationship with a stepparent. My father also remarried. My stepmom is a wonderful person and I consider her to be my third parent. I couldn’t image life without her.
