Very disappointed with @BannerBuzzWorld having placed an order for a one off press event and it missed to expedited shipping arrival date. Why was it shipped from India for a UK order? And where are these customer reviews mentioned on your home page?

Hey @Apple macOS. I know you're continually trying to improve security so why not make your own dialogs a little bit more user friendly. How am I supposed to trust "AKFollowUpServerUIExtension" when I have no idea what it means? And what changes? And why? This is not helpful.

Sorry to say goodbye @tescomobile. Your inability to find an answer after four calls and as many hours left us no option. The problem? Why the WiFi Calling option disappears on my pay monthly phone when inserting your SIM but reappears with SIMs from Three and Vodafone.
Dear @Apple. I know security is important but what on earth am I supposed to do with the plethora of new notifications I don't recognise? It would help if the publisher of the service was included in these dialogs, along with an explanation of what the service does.

This is so @Apple I bought a new Magic keyboard for $162 after checking that it's compatible with my M2 Mac and macOS 11.4 onwards (I have 14.7.3). Several features don't work - function key, battery monitor and Touch ID! Apple support tell me I need Sequoia. What utter rubbish.

We were recently forcibly "upgraded" from @Netflix with no ads, to a package with ads. As a British fan of ad-free TV (aka @BBC) this is the end of the line for Netflix which interrupted one episode about 6 times last night. #NotDoingIt#NoThanks#ByeBye
Had great support from Tushar at @ThreeUK just now. Very patient with my very complex problem which resulted in Three's inability to contact me to inform me of a new account system that went live in 2023 because you didn't have my email address on record, leaving me high and dry.
Praise where praise is due. Derrick at the @uhaul centre in crystal MN was great this week. He fitted the hitch on my car in good time, responded to my note to discuss the job, and was charming to talk to. What a great guy.

The saga continues with @uhaul. Having ordered a hitch in October for fitting in December, losing it, reordering it, not telling me it had arrived, telling me they'd call me back to make a fitting appointment, and nothing. It feels like your system is reliant on your customers...

@NolanHaims@Office@Office365 I deleted cookies but gave up and moved to a different machine to do what I wanted, which was simply clicking a link in Teams to a document on SharePoint. I mean how could I even do that if I wasn't already logged in?!

Very disappointed to learn that @MrCooper have lost my most precious personal financial details to a cyber attack. This is the second time in 5 years this has happened. Your letter doesn't explain why you are not storing this data securely i.e. hashed with salt and pepper.
