Nobody said a word for twenty years.

Cereal for breakfast, from a box with a cartoon tiger on it. Perfectly normal. Part of a balanced breakfast, it said so on the side.

Sandwich, crisps, fizzy drink, five days a week at a desk. Nobody rang anybody.

Chocolate bar at eleven. Another at three. Colleagues watched this happen daily and said nothing, because they were doing it too.

Takeaway on the Friday. Second takeaway on the Saturday. My mother, who now worries about my kidneys, once brought the second one to the door herself.

Pints on a Thursday, kebab at midnight, chips out of paper on the walk home in the rain. Not one intervention. Not a leaflet. Not a raised eyebrow from a single medical professional in the country.

Biscuits at every meeting I have ever attended, provided by the employer, as a kindness.

Twenty years of that and the general public looked on with total serenity.

Then I ate a ribeye with butter on it and declined the side salad.

Now there's concern. Now it's "but is that sustainable." Now somebody's aunt is a nurse and would like a word. Now I'm getting "everything in moderation" from a man who has had a Twix for lunch since 2009.

Two decades of the actual damage and the room stayed silent throughout.

We now know 100% that Dr Fauci and Debra Birx destroyed innocent lives. Fauci along with Debra purposefully hid the truth regarding safety and efficacy which has lead to immense injury and death.

A doctor has gone on the record this week to warn that the best striker on the planet is quietly wrecking his arteries. Eight hundred and fifty seven thousand dollars went unmentioned.

Erling Haaland eats about six thousand calories a day. Beef, eggs, fish, butter, raw milk, and the liver and heart of a cow. The results of this reckless experiment: fastest man in Premier League history to fifty, seventy five and a hundred goals, Norway's all time leading scorer, one of three players in seventy two years to score in each of his first three World Cup matches.

Somebody clearly needed to step in before it got worse.

Enter Neal Barnard, president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, concerned about impurities in the fuel and the state of arteries you cannot see underneath all that muscle definition.

Meredith Wadman went through the accounts in Nature in 2006. The Foundation to Support Animal Protection, better known as the PETA Foundation, gave Barnard's group five hundred and ninety two thousand dollars across 1999 and 2000. PETA itself chipped in another two hundred and sixty five thousand. Barnard sat on that foundation's board and ran it as president until at least 2005, listed as an officer alongside PETA's Ingrid Newkirk.

The American Medical Association, hardly a fan club for steak, called the Physicians Committee a fringe organisation of questionable repute and an animal rights group speaking for under half of one percent of American physicians. Roughly a tenth of the membership practises medicine.

Forty years of independent scientific inquiry by an organisation founded on the principle that humans should not use animals for anything, funded by the people who once campaigned to rename fish sea kittens, and every single time, on every disease, the evidence has led them reluctantly to the conclusion that you should stop eating animals.

You have to admire a hypothesis with that hit rate.

Note the actual charge. No scan. No blood panel. No marker of any kind. The evidence submitted is the imagined condition of arteries nobody has looked at, inside a twenty six year old at the outer edge of human physical performance.

It's insulting to tens of millions of people who worked hard and honest their entire lives and rely on Social Security AS their retirement income, after decades of insane government robbery.

Get off your high horse and understand that taxing Social Security when it was ALREADY taxed is HURTING the people it claims to be helping.

And, even more plain and more simple, for those of us who like to boil things down, Social Security is a cesspool of fraud.

To those who claim it's crazy to want a lump sum payment in the form of a REFUND for every dollar we put into this, take a look at how government protected our 'investment' in ourselves, and then talk to me about CRAZY.

Government TOOK our money and misappropriated the funds.

SOMETIMES intentionally.

ALWAYS without threat of punishment.

The US government quite LITERALLY taxes us to death.

The most life-saving thing you can do for a family member you love is to NEVER leave their bedside if they’re ever admitted to hospital.

Every hour you’re allowed to be there— watch over everything like you are doing the biggest test of your life. Take turns with other family members if you need to.

Every medicine, every health professional who walks in the room, any symptom your loved one experiences.

Be present. Speak up. Ask questions.

Don’t give a ___ if any unprofessional staff member tries to make you feel like you shouldn’t be there or dismisses you. The health of your loved one is too important.

Be perfectly polite and cordial but make it clear that you demand the highest standards and attentiveness.

As a doctor who has worked in dozens of hospitals in the USA and Europe— trust me when I tell you this could save your loved one’s life one day.

Be a supportive ROCK advocate at the bedside.

The same is not true for our Congress.

These "public servants" can lie cheat, steal, and their only punishment is the forcing of an eventual resignation letter that gets them out of any kind of consequence.

Resigning is always, always their only punishment, and then it's blue skies and a clean slate.

These taxpayer-funded millionaires need to face the same consequences that we do.

They need to find their morals, respect and decency.

And if they don't show us proof that they are able, they need to go.

Every single one of them.

These self-serving, morally corrupted, power and money grabbers, cause more harm than good in our lives.

And we already have our hands full.
